You register as an employer, describe your need: title, description, location, dates and the number of people you need, and publish the listing.

You describe your need with the type of work you need and accept applications, or search directly for available workers in the availability list, filtering by task and area.
What is the difference between an individual and a group application?
An individual application concerns one worker. A group application (make a team) concerns a whole team of workers who have joined together and submit a single application; it appears separately in your applications list with a team label.
How do I see the applications for one of my listings?
You go to your listing's page and see all the individual and group applications, with the workers' contact details.
Can I search for workers without having posted a listing?
Yes. You can view the list of available workers by area and type of work and express interest directly, without needing an active listing.
How do I express interest in an available worker?
You click 'Express interest' on the worker's availability profile. The worker is notified immediately by SMS and email, along with your contact details, so they can contact you.
Do I get notified when someone applies to my listing?
Yes. You are notified immediately with an in-app notification, email and SMS for every new individual or group application.
Can I manage several listings at the same time?
Yes. From your dashboard you see all your listings and the applications each one has received.
