As a multidisciplinary agricultural specialist, I hold three master’s degrees: in Sustainable Agriculture, Water Management, and Livestock Farming, with a core focus on sustainable innovations. My early specialization in biotechnology and microbiology, combined with advanced research on poultry, explored alternatives to antibiotics using probiotics. My subsequent research examined antibiotic transmission in water and soil, conducting extensive lab analyses and farmer interviews. Currently based in Chania, Greece, I consult on sustainable agriculture practices, with expertise in water reuse, soil and water quality, and farmer engagement for resilient agricultural systems.
